Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding official holidays in Mexico.

2.2. Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.
- Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days.
Sometimes, orders can take up to 15 business days to arrive. This depends on your city/country and the courier service. However, you can contact our customer service team at any time to get updates and information about your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's status.
3. Shipping Costs

4. Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver the package, it may be returned to our facilities. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may incur additional costs.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

5.2. Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, do not accept it from the courier. Notify us immediately so we can initiate a claim.
